So this happened this morning:
A man being followed by the Joint Terrorism Task Force was shot and fatally wounded by a Boston police officer and an FBI agent Tuesday when he approached them with a “military-style’’ knife and refused to back down, officials said.
“Our officers tried their best to get him to put down the knife,’’ said Boston Police Commissioner William B. Evans. “Unfortunately, they had to take a life.’’
The man’s name was not released, and authorities would not disclose why the terrorism task force was following him. The man was in his mid-20s and was of Middle Eastern descent, said Boston Police Lieutenant Detective Michael McCarthy, a department spokesman.
The pro-am activist Deray McKesson has decided to make a note of the incident. He also questioned what kind of knife the military uses because #BladeSizesMatter and he doesn’t trust the internet well enough to research military knives:

Now, the police narrative re: the man killed today by the Boston Police and the FBI is questionable. What is a "military-style knife"?
— deray mckesson (@deray) June 2, 2015
@deray something to create the narrative that the person was more dangerous than they were

Yes, "fired their weapons" cuz they forgot how to just Back Up a Safe Distance, and think of a Plan B. https://t.co/66OW4V8FqP

don't bother reading the articles…

Naw, why bother reading the articles? They might say he’s not black, and we all know that could be a lie.
If you feel like it, you can go see how well she took it when someone tried to correct her. This post has already met its quota of dumb.
So enough about that.
The name of the suspect has not been officially released, though there is a name of someone floating around the internet. Those are rumors and hearsay at this time and will not be published here.
