Liberals never stop amazing me with what passes for logic and science in their fantasy world.
Pretty much everyone agrees that bald eagles should be protected. So let’s start with that.
Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act
The bald eagle will continue to be protected by the Bald and Golden Eagle Protection Act even though it has been delisted under the Endangered Species Act. This law, originally passed in 1940, provides for the protection of the bald eagle and the golden eagle (as amended in 1962) by prohibiting the take, possession, sale, purchase, barter, offer to sell, purchase or barter, transport, export or import, of any bald or golden eagle, alive or dead, including any part, nest, or egg, unless allowed by permit (16 U.S.C. 668(a); 50 CFR 22). “Take” includes pursue, shoot, shoot at, poison, wound, kill, capture, trap, collect, molest or disturb (16 U.S.C. 668c; 50 CFR 22.3).
Alive or dead. Nest or egg. Can’t touch this. (Admit it, you sang that last sentence and followed it with “dun duh-nuh-nuh.” Put your jammer pants away now.)
Yet it is legal to disturb and molest the cervix of a female human (the female equivalent of the bald eagle nest), invade the womb (the equivalent of the egg), and poison or rip apart the contents of the womb–something with human DNA, a beating heart, a brain, arms, legs, a face, a gender, a central nervous system, that moves and sucks its thumb (the human equivalent of the bald eagle embryo). Some liberals even think it’s okay to dissect that something and barter, purchase, and sell the parts for scrap. They call that something a clump of cells and not a living baby because it can’t survive on it’s own. This is liberal logic.
Some wounded veterans can’t survive on their own. Also, some car accident victims, elderly, and those afflicted with certain debilitating diseases need round-the-clock care for feeding, bathing, etc. Using liberal illogical logic, should it be legal to poison them? Or attach a vacuum to their limbs, hit the “on” switch, and apply enough suction to rip their limbs off, and then sell the parts to improve the bottom line of the would-be-caretaker’s income? No, that’s just silly talk. Because apparently the age of the fully dependent is how liberals determine whether to label a something a something or a someone.
Continuing on with illogical logic.
In the mind of a liberal, a heartbeat doesn’t mean that a baby is alive, while the oh-so-scary-looking gun–an inanimate object–IS ALIVE!!!
It kills people, people! Not the crazy person pulling the trigger, but the gun! Stop with the mental health argument where we can no longer institutionalize people showing signs of crazy without an act of Congress, thanks to liberals. We must get rid of the guns. Guns are bad. Guns kill people. Only cops should have guns. This is liberal logic.
Save the bald eagles! Kill the babies somethings! Institutionalize the mentally ill guns!
This is liberal illogical logic.
