Can’t pray in school. Can’t wear a cross necklace to school without someone complaining. Can’t say Merry Christmas at schools. But Islam…let’s teach children all about that in school.
The San Diego Unified School District, in an effort to fight “Islamophobia”, has passed a plan to teach children about Islam and Islamic holidays, and to make sure the holidays are recognized.
Why the urge to promote this particular ideology in the classroom? Where are the lawsuits and protests from people who regularly attack any thought of God in schools? Separation of Church and State? Anyone? Or has the state become a willing accomplice to spreading a culture which promotes and celebrates gays being tossed off of buildings, stoning women in the streets because their ankle was exposed, and other peaceful atrocities?
