Happy Father’s Day to all the FR dads!!
I decided to write this spontaneous post on Father’s Day because I want to give a shout out to ALL the Men of FR. We are saturated with the idea that men don’t matter or they’re all horrible or all a bunch of idiots. I feel bad for women who truly think this way. It’s sad that they cannot realize the balancing dynamic men serve in their lives.
The Men of FR are some of the funniest, sweetest and, let’s all say this together ladies, HOTTEST group of guys I’ve ever “met”. You guys bring a bit of happiness into our lives every day you’re here and we miss you when you’re not. You give caring, thoughtful advice when we ask and you lift us up when we’re down. (There’s a phrasing joke in here somewhere.)
Now, why on Father’s Day? The above characteristics are what make a man a good father. You may not all be dads and while of course you’re not all “father” figures to us per se, you do the things that good fathers, good MEN, do. So, to all the Men of FR, gentlemen, I thank you.
